Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and select international destinations (e.g., Canada, United Kingdom). International shipping rates and delivery times vary—contact matron-wails9k@icloud.com for a custom quote.
Order Processing Time
- Standard (Non-Custom) Items: Processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Custom Items: Processed within 1–2 business days (to confirm measurements), then sent to production (4–6 weeks—see FAQ for details).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships (tracking is available for all U.S. orders and select international orders).
Delivery Issues

Lost/Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline or marked as “delivered” but not received:
- U.S. orders: Contact us at matron-wails9k@icloud.com with your order/tracking number—we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement (if needed) at no cost.
- International orders: Delivery times may be extended due to customs—we will assist with tracking, but we are not liable for delays caused by customs hold-ups.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: We are not liable for lost/delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Double-check your address at checkout—changes can only be made within 24 hours of order placement.
