Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility Requirements

Given the specialized, often sentimental nature of Wedding Dresses, Gowns, and Veils, our return/exchange policy is tailored to protect both customers and the integrity of our products:


  • Standard (Non-Custom) Items: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for Wedding Dresses, Gowns, and Veils that are:
    • Unused, unaltered, and in original condition (no stains, tears, or signs of wear).
    • Still in original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals (if applicable) intact.
  • Custom/ Made-to-Order Items: Custom Gowns, personalized Veils (e.g., monogrammed designs), or items made to your specific measurements are non-returnable and non-exchangeable—unless they arrive with manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty stitching, incorrect fabric) or are shipped in error.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearance Wedding Dresses or marked “Final Sale” Veils are non-returnable, non-exchangeable.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Submit a Request: Email matron-wails9k@icloud.com with your order number, item type (e.g., “A-Line Wedding Dress,” “Lace Edge Veil”), and reason for return/exchange (e.g., “wrong size,” “defective fabric,” “want to swap Veil length”). Include clear photos of the item (front, back, and any defects) to speed up review.
  2. Receive Approval: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days (due to the detailed nature of wedding attire inspections). If approved, we will send:
    • A pre-paid return label (if the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged—we cover return shipping costs in these cases).
    • Self-shipping instructions (you cover return costs for size swaps or change-of-mind returns; we recommend insured shipping for high-value Wedding Dresses/Gowns).
  3. Ship the Item Back: Send the eligible item to our address (608 Teresa Ln, Grand Prairie Texas 75052, United States) within 7 days of approval. Include a copy of your order confirmation and a note with your request details.

Refund & Exchange Timelines

  • Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item (extended timeline to account for detailed wedding attire checks). Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and you will receive an email once the refund is complete.
  • Exchanges: We will ship your replacement item (e.g., a larger size Wedding Dress, a longer Veil) within 2–3 business days of verifying the returned item meets eligibility requirements. Exchange shipping within the U.S. is free for non-custom items.
